Service Description and Scope

EduTime provides academic tutoring and learning support for secondary school students and adult learners in Dublin. Services include one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and personalised study plans delivered by certified tutors. All sessions are conducted at our Dublin centre or via approved online platforms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice. Changes are communicated through the email address you provide during registration.

User Responsibilities

By using EduTime services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Respect tutors, staff, and other learners. Disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• Not share your account credentials or allow unauthorised access to our learning materials.

Intellectual Property

All study plans, worksheets, workshop materials, and digital content provided by EduTime are protected by copyright. You may use these materials solely for your personal educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission from EduTime is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

EduTime tutors use reasonable skill and care in delivering educational support. However, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or examination results. Our services are designed to supplement, not replace, formal schooling or independent study.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of academic standing, or personal injury.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your enrolment at any time by contacting us at info@edutime.com. Cancellation terms depend on the specific plan you have chosen. EduTime reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms, with or without prior notice. In such cases, no refund will be issued for unused sessions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of EduTime services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using our services immediately.
