Effective 1 September 2025
These terms govern your use of EduTime Academic Tutoring & Learning Support services, including secondary school grind classes and adult learning modules delivered in Dublin. By enrolling, you accept these conditions.
Scope of Services
EduTime provides certified tutoring, personalised study plans, and interactive workshops. Services are offered in person at our Dublin centre and online. All sessions are subject to tutor availability.
- Secondary grind classes cover core subjects: mathematics, English, sciences, and languages.
- Adult learning modules include maths, English, IT skills, and professional development.
- Workshops are group sessions limited to 12 participants per cohort.
Enrolment & Payment
Enrolment is confirmed upon submission of a completed registration form and acceptance of these terms. Payment is due before the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All fees are non-refundable after the first session unless EduTime cancels the programme.
- Missed sessions may be rescheduled once per term subject to 48-hour notice.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@edutime.com. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
- Cancellation before the first session: full refund minus a €25 administrative fee.
- Cancellation after the first session: no refund, but credit toward future services may be offered at EduTime’s discretion.
- EduTime reserves the right to cancel any programme due to insufficient enrolment; full refunds will be issued.
Student Conduct & Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend sessions punctually, participate actively, and respect tutors and peers. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
- Secondary students must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form for participation.
- Adult learners must provide proof of identity and any required prior qualifications.
- Use of mobile devices during sessions is restricted to learning activities only.
Limitation of Liability
EduTime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of academic standing or personal injury.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- EduTime does not guarantee specific academic outcomes; results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
- We are not responsible for third-party content or links shared during workshops.
Privacy & Data Use
We collect personal data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
- Session recordings (if any) are used only for quality assurance and deleted after 90 days.
- You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@edutime.com.

Changes to Terms
EduTime may update these terms from time to time. Registered students will be notified via email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
- Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel your enrolment within 14 days of notification.
